How to get more involved with L2TD.

Are you interesting in getting more involved with L2TD? We have made it easy to do so. Below are some simple steps towards establishing a relationship with L2TD:

  • Familiarize yourself with the L2TD site. As a first step, browse our site. Visit the home page where we have news, calendar of activities, and GORP updates. Browse the current resources to find out what what we have and what might be needed. We have some great content such as activities, readings, and course syllabi.
  • Comment. Try commenting on a page or two you find interesting. Maybe you find a reading you find interesting or an exciting course syllabi you woiuld like to try. Make some comments!
  • Add content. Once you've seen what's here, complement our resources by adding materials that you've found valuable in your teaching and/or learning. Resources can easily be uploaded by clicking on the "add here" link in the individual resource pages. Although we have quite a bit of content so far, we also have room for growth!
  • Consider using GORP in your next course. GORP is an on-line tool to support courses that involve the design of learning technologies. Take a look and consider how GORP might be useful in your teaching.
  • Contact us. Let us know how you would like to be involved. Do you have several members of your faculty interested in L2TD and would like a customized section of the site? Do you have a course you'd like highlighted in L2TD, or does your department want to spread the word about a new learning design program? Feel free to send us an email and we can talk about your needs!
