The following are exemplary student design projects developed and used in learning technology design courses.  For reflections and commentary on each project, click on a link. To see additional student projects, browse the Gorp system.

If you have a student project to add, please click here. You will be prompted to fill out a short template, give your content a name, and then submit. Your content will be reviewed by the L2TD staff and posted promptly!

Bee Smart About the Weather - The combination of technology with paper-based activities "converted" the team's 2nd grade partner educator from technology skeptic to project advocate.
MathQuest - This team wrote an extensive design document that describes their design considerations and articulates the multiple theoretical frameworks that shaped their design, which is a different approach from most other projects who build prototypes.
Tackling Information Overload with Searchy - It's Searchy, your irreverent tour guide along the information superhighway! He helps kids pay attention to authorship, timeliness and content quality when sifting through the internet for useful information.
The Eggscape from Tweedy's Farm - This project builds off the popular movie, "Chicken Run," to engage their target audience in doing math drills.
Gates - A variation of traditional target-shooting games that employs logical reasoning
